-Please inspect the package carefully. Some accessories are small can be hidden in the package.

-Check if the delivery box seems to have been opened by someone before you have received it.

-Customs may open some packages. Please send us pictures and open a claim against the courier company at the same time.

-In some cases we may split your order and ship your order in different parcels.

Therefore it is possible you receive some items first.
